予約の変更やキャンセルはできますか？ / Can reservations be changed or cancelled?

ご予約の変更は、その時点での空席状況により可能です。ドライバーの人数や日時、コースの変更も可能です。
ただし、6日前（日本時間）以降の変更・キャンセルは、キャンセルポリシーが適用されます。

Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.

保険はありますか？ / Do you have insurance?

加入が義務付けられている自賠責保険の他にレンタカー業者と同等の任意保険に加入しております。但し、乱暴な運転や事故などでカートに傷などの損害が発生した場合には、免責額をお支払いいただきます。
免責金額は1台につき50,000円です。ツアー終了後に請求させていただきます。

標準保険プランの内容は以下の通りです。
・対人賠償（運転者以外:80万円
・対物賠償:200万円
・運転者傷害:500万円
・免責額:50,000 円/台

そのため、ご予約の際に追加料金をお支払いいただくことで、フルカバーされる保険にご加入できますので、ご予約の際に加入することをお勧めしております。

フルカバー保険プランの内容は以下の通りです。
・対人賠償（運転者以外:無制限
・対物賠償:無制限
・カート損害：無制限
・運転者傷害:最高3,000万円

Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.

The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY

Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.

The full coverage insurance plan covers:
・Bodily Injury (other than driver) : Unlimited
・Property Damage : Unlimited
・Kart Damage : Unlimited
・Driver Injury: up to 30,000,000 JPY

ハイヒール、雪駄、ロングスカートなど運転に支障がある服装はご遠慮ください。 (Please beware We advise all customers to show up with proper attire(no heels, no sandals, or long skirt.))

到着したら、レジ係に予約時間と名前を伝えてください。予約の確認後、日本を運転できる運転免許証と身分証（パスポートなど）を確認いたします。
(Upon arrival, please tell the cashier your reservation time and name. After confirming your reservation, we will check your driving license valid in Japan and your ID (passport, etc.).)
予約に従ったリストバンドをお渡しします。リストバンドを受け取った後に、参加申込書に記入をお願いします。

身分証と運転免許証以外の全ての物をロッカーに入れてください。お好きな衣装に着替えることができます。

Street Kart is a go-kart vehicle designed to run on Japanese public roads. To drive a Street Kart on public roads, you need a valid license such as a Japanese driver's license or an International Driving Permit. You cannot drive without a license. You need a valid Japanese driver's license, or an International Driving Permit, or an SOFA License for US Forces Japan, or your own driver's license and an official Japanese translation of the license if you are from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Monaco. : Amazing Shibuya & Harajuku Tour!
Superb experience with them! Very efficient in getting the photos out and touring around Shibuya & Harajuku area. The staff are very friendly and caring! Our guide did an amazing job! He even took 72 additional photos for us during the drive! Had the chance to stop three times at Shibuya Crossing and took a bunch of nice photos too! There is even stickers for us at the end of the tour! Will definitely be back again!

: Exciting Tokyo Go-Kart Adventure!
This was hands down, the most liberating and exciting experience. Getting to DRIVE on a Go-Kart on one of the most touristy, well known areas of Tokyo while having locals take pictures of you is a one of a lifetime treats you can give to yourself. The tour guides are awesome. Our made this experience very easy and thrilling to ride and made me appreciate that sometimes you can bring your inner child in you and just have fun. Bravo! I'm definitely coming back here again.

This was hands down, the most liberating and exciting experience. Getting to DRIVE on a Go-Kart in one of the most touristy, well-know areas of Tokyo while having locals take pictures of you is a one of a lifetime treat you can give to yourself. During my trip from Los Angeles to Shibuya, I decided to ride the popular open-air streetcar I found on TripAdvisor. It was an absolutely fantastic experience! The street kart was comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy the views of Shibuya's bustling streets. The open-air design made the experience even more enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a perfect way to take in the sights of Shibuya, especially for first-time visitors. One of the highlights from my trip! Loved the experience, zooming along the streets. Great company to deal with, would recommend to others. I did this as a solo traveller and found it a fun experience and nice to meet other travellers. Definitely put on a costume (no extra charge). Nice touch of a printed photo at the end as well as efficient airdrop of images taken during our ride. Book now, you won't regret it!

Very well organised experience from start to finish, staff were extremely friendly and proffesional, good safety briefing and explanation of equipment prior to setting off, and then the fun began, I’ve not laughed so much in ages, our guide was extremely proffesional but great fun, led us around the streets of Tokyo with no mishaps and we felt perfectly safe in his company, all in all an absolutely great experience and we just wish we had time during our visit to do it again!!! 100/100 🤟🏻
